Alot of Asian Celebrities are routined to be in Dubai for most part of their luxury now that Dubai has been also awarded as the most Luxurious Hotels’ and lifestyle exhibiting City, One can imagine who and who will not  visit this film festival. Some Celebrities like to be in front of the Camera doing something different and its a science film festival you know who to expect and who does not needs to take out a few hours from their schedule and be greedy for unnecessary attention. well here’s hint, remember the Aashiq banaya apnay girl and the new bees from Aashiqi, noo.. not the guy, mhmm.. now you are getting hold! well keep calm and do not hold on too tight for them they run away. On the other side Our very own Irfan Khan is to attend for the Amazing novel based Life of Pi & so does ashwariya with the latest addition to Bachan family being nominated for her robotic heroine’s lead character alongside the infamous Rajani Kanth. Well the aim of the festival is to show that education and entertainment can go hand-in-hand to inform and entertain the public. Films address scientific issues and topics in interesting ways and leave its viewers with a not only an enjoyable movie experience but having learnt something new about the world around them.

Timings during the week are from 9am to 8pm except on Friday which is 3pm to 9pm.

Born in Edgware, London, Antony went to school in England and in Larnaca in Cyprus; his dad is a Greek Cypriot. At age 20 he shot to fame as part of the top boyband Blue alongside Lee Ryan,Duncan James and Simon Webbe.

Blue were formed in 2001 and went on to become one of the biggest UK boybands of all time. They notched up 11 top ten singles, 3 number one albums, a collaboration with Elton John, eventually selling over 14 million records around the globe. The band split in 2005 too much teen heartache, and Antony went on to pursue a solo career. It didn’t go too well.

His only solo album flopped, but Antony went on to greater things joining the cast of smash hit West End musical Blood Brothers. In 2008, he modelled for Giorgio Armani too.

In 2009 he reunited with Blue who reformed for a comeback tour. They then went on to represent the UK in the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest with their single, I Can, finishing in a semi-respectable 11th place. The band are currently working on a new album.

Antoney has one daughter, Emilie Olivia, with his ex-fiancée Lucy Bolster. She was born on 10 March 2004.

Angela Rippon is best known for her work as a newsreader. She is a current contestant on 2011’sDancing on Ice. At 66, she is oldest celebrity to compete in the competition.

After leaving school when she was 17, budding journo Angela started off working in the photo office of the Western Morning News, while also working for the Sunday Independent. She went on to work for the BBC’s regional radio, eventually becoming editor of Westward Television.

Her presenting career started with BBC Plymouth in 1974. Angela is often considered the first female newsreader on prime-time TV news, as she was the first female to be given a regular BBC slot.

Angela first showed off her dancing skills on the 1976 Morcambe and Wise Christmas special. She starred in a sketch involving her reading the news before launching into an energetic high kicking dance routine.

Having trained in ballet since she was 17, her dancing did not go unnoticed. The sketch was so popular that Angela was invited back the following year and was asked to present the hit showCome Dancing, Strictly’s cooler older brother.

She has since toured the country performing in the musical theatre production of Anything Goes. During the 1980’s Angela kept herself busy hosting game shows Masterteam and What’s my Line?

During the early nineties, she presented Angela Rippon’s Morning Report on LBC and later, Angela Rippon’s Drivetime. She was also a regular stand-in newsreader on The Big Breakfast, filling in for the regular newsreaders when they were on holiday.

By 2005 Angela could be seen on BBC presenting Sun, Sea and Bargain Spotting. In 2007 Angela started presenting Cash In The Attic on BBC1.

Her hard work did not go unnoticed and in 2004 she was awarded the OBE at the Queen’s Birthday Honours. We always knew the Queen was a Cash in The Attic fan.

Around this time, in 2000, Angela was appointed Chairman of the English National Ballet. After three years she was forced to step down after complaints were made about her “schoolmistressy” and “imperious” leadership. Not sure what that means but it sure don’t sound too good.

Born in Wales in July 1974, our favorite gladiator Andy studied at the University of Sheffield and went on to work as an engineer in London. Body AND brains. He relocated to Sydney, Australia in 1999 and studied at the Screenwise Film & TV School for Actors there.

After graduating from the performing arts school he went on to star in several Aussie TV series, including The Strip and McLeod’s Daughters. It was after starring in hit Aussie flick Gabriel that Andy got his big break, heading the cast of the sword, sandals, and sex epic TV series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. He played the lead role of Spartacus, rebelling against the Romans in what is simply the sauciest gladiatorial spectacle to ever hit our screens.

During filming in March 2010, Andy was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. While he received treatment in New Zealand, producers decided to shoot a prequel to Spartacus rather than a second series. Andy’s treatment forced him to pull out of the Spartacus franchise, being replaced by Liam MacIntyre.

On 11 September 2011 Andy passed away surrounded by his family. He was a fighter till the end.

Andy had been married twice. His first marriage was to Terrica Smith lasted from 1999 to 2003. He married to Vashti Whitfield, and lived in Australia with their two children.
